Are PrymCare Health products approved for sale in Ghana?+
Yes. The products we distribute are cleared by Ghana's Food and Drugs Authority, and carry additional recognitions including Kosher rating, Halaal certification and International Aloe Science Council approval.
Do your products treat or cure disease?+
No. Our natural products are formulated to support, promote and maintain good health. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please speak with a qualified doctor about any specific medical condition before starting a new supplement.
Are these genuine Forever Living products?+
Yes. PrymCare Health is an independent Forever Business Owner (FBO) and authorised retailer — every product on this site is genuine, sourced directly through Forever Living Products Ghana, and priced to our published retail list.
How do I place an order?+
Browse the shop, add whatever you need to your cart, and tap checkout — this opens WhatsApp with your full order, itemised, ready to send. Prefer to just chat? Message us directly any time.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We currently accept Mobile Money and cash on delivery within Accra. Once you send your order on WhatsApp, we'll confirm the payment method and delivery timing with you directly.
Can I return or exchange a product?+
If a product arrives damaged, expired or incorrect, message us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement or refund. For hygiene reasons, opened supplements, drinks and skincare items cannot be returned once used.
Can I become a PrymCare Health distributor?+
Absolutely — we welcome new partners into our business opportunity programme, with training, mentorship and ongoing support as you build your own wellness business.
Do you deliver across Ghana?+
Yes, we deliver within Accra and nationwide across Ghana, with international ordering support available for select products. Contact us to confirm delivery to your area.
How do I know which products are right for me?+
